Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs purchases made from Loving Invites (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. NO RETURN / NO REFUND – PAPER PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of our products, all paper-based items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Greeting cards

  • Proposal cards

  • Printed keepsakes

  • Any customized or printed paper items

Once delivered, no return, exchange, or refund will be initiated under any circumstances for paper products.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS – NON-PAPER GIFT ITEMS

For non-paper gift items only, returns or refunds may be considered subject to strict verification.

Mandatory Conditions:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is required

  • The video must:

    • Start before opening the package

    • Show the product clearly

    • Have no cuts, edits, or pauses

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

All requests are reviewed by our internal verification team.

⏳ Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds or returns will not be approved in the following cases:

  • Missing or edited unboxing video

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Minor color, print, or design variations

  • Incorrect expectations based on product images

  • Delay caused by courier partners

4. FINAL DECISION

All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or replacements made by Loving Invites shall be final and binding
